Charla Welch is a recovering lawyer who grew up in the agricultural heart of California, she became knowledgeable in all stages of food recovery from doing the work: gleaning produce, leading compost efforts, teaching gardening, and working on public policy with the Travis County food recovery working group.

Christine B Randolph is a research analyst and urban farmer by day, by night she dreams of shepherding food systems towards more sustainable practices. Her love of data, mapping, and the insights that come of it inspire system-wide solutions for those with less access.
